Pathway to Greatness health and life coach

I am a married mother of 3 boys and 2 girl puppers named Maddie and Charlotte.  I am a devoted hockey mom.  My best days are at the cold rink at 6am.  When I am not at the rink I like to be outside in nature.  I love gardening and planting flowers.  I love to travel.  I am a continuous learner.  I love to find new ways to add movement to my day.  I love zumba, yoga and meditation.  

We moved to Michigan in 2016 from Illinois.  It was a difficult transition and I miss my family and all the good things my hometown has.  I grew up in Rockford, Il.  I was a tomboy that liked fishing, sports, swimming, playing in the creek and riding my bike.  I began my medical career 30 years ago in different capacities- orthodontics, pediatrics, cardiac, surgery as a surgical tech, retina, orthopedics, and labor and delivery.

What I am most excited about is my journey to be a health and life coach.  The Health Coach Institute has opened up my world to making differences in peoples lives.  I have a love of education and just cannot stop learning.  I am always reading personal development books or listening to Podcasts or Ted talks.

I am currently enrolled to be a certified Health and Life coach.  I am also starting my mastery program in health and life coaching certification in 9/2019 and will finish in 9/2020.  I think I will know my vision by then. lol 20/20
